You focus on fun work with children. We do the work to support you through a caring team and amazing opportunities:
No hustle - It’s simple; you'll be matched with pre-screened families that need help. Children are so eager to have a caregiver that can be devoted to them and help make this uncertain time fun.
Regular Paychecks – No need to worry about asking to be paid, wondering what you will be paid, or filing paperwork. You'll get a paycheck and all the benefits and security that come from legal employment.
Safety First – Peace of mind: Every family is vetted by a professional agency or agency partner. Parents are selecting in-home care and know the importance of a safe environment.

You’ll get to:
- Be a Role Model – Change a mood with a smile. Bring calm to chaos. Show ‘em how it’s done.
- Be Playful – Hey, it’s fun You get to be a kid again and share everything you loved doing—riddles, card games, treasure hunts, neighborhood baseball. Yup—all in your job description.
- Be helpful – Many parents are overwhelmed with their daily schedules and now need to be parent, teacher, worker, and more. You’ll help with that.
- Be adventurous – What exciting new discoveries lie ahead? Rediscover the world through a kid’s eyes.
- Be in charge - You will manage the safety and care and create a fulfilling day for children who will appreciate the comfort and care you bring.
Compensation + Benefits:
- Benefits after 90 days for those employees upholding full-time hours includes health care stipend, accrued sick pay, matching contribution to retirement or school loan repayment
- Paid training + professional development
- All work will be within 15 miles of your home.
- If you work more than 40 hours, overtime pay will be added to your bi-weekly check.
About you:
- You will be able to provide 2 references, from non-family related childcare work (paid or unpaid)
- Must have the COVID-19 Vaccine
- You have at least 1-year experience with children ages 6 months – 12+ years
- You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their home, putting safety and engagement above all else
- Your phone isn’t your life, and you can disconnect from it to connect with a child
- You have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license
- At least 18 years of age or older
- You’re already CPR certified or able to be so
- You are available any Monday - Friday for 6 - 9-hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
Pay range: $17.50 to $25 an hour, this range includes sibling care bonuses, and mileage reimbursements
