JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Talent Partner will supporttalent acquisition goals that align with the organizations mission, through cross-collaboration with internal teams, leadership, external organizations, and community resources to recruit, assess, hire, and retain top-tier candidates. The Talent Partner will utilize talent tracking platforms and tools, as well as proactively exploring and engaging with additional sourcing opportunities to improve diverse candidate flow. The Talent Partner will also support workforce development initiatives and engage in brand awareness events and activities.

  • Bachelor's degree can be negotiable depending on experience level in lieu of the degree
  • Technical knowledge/comfort level is important to this role - we use a lot of different systems
  • High volume recruitment experience essential for adaptability in this position

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field strongly preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree
  • Two years minimum experience in full life cycle of talent acquisition process, which includes job description development, posting, interviewing, extending offers, initiating screening steps, and onboarding new hires
  • Experience meeting high-volume recruitment goals
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Brand promotion, community engagement, event planning and facilitation experience
  • Familiarity with recruiting KPI metrics (key performance indicators)
  • Intermediate or higher capabilities using Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and networking skills
  • Experience giving presentations and creating reports
