We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA.
** $30 to $32.56 per hour based on experience **
Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA Qualifications:
- New York Physical Therapy Assistant Certification required.
- Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program.
Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA Job Summary:
- Assist in the evaluation and treatment of Residents with musculoskeletal deficiencies, neurological conditions, balance disorders and transfer/gait deficiencies.
- Assist in the completion of all necessary documentation.
- Assist in assigning case load and other related tasks to physical therapy staff.
- Complete required documentation for residents’ medical records.
- Record daily attendance for statistical record keeping.
- Assist in scheduling daily treatments.
- Participate in In-Service Education programs.
