Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Engineer where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our manufacturing processes. This role focuses on the enhancement of safety, quality, and efficiency through the development, establishment, testing, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Development: Oversee the technical aspects of manufacturing systems from development to implementation. Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to set standards for safety and quality.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Engage with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for the purchase of equipment, materials, or parts.
  • Process Optimization: Work closely with management, engineering, and production teams to facilitate and refine production processes. Use statistical methods to forecast manufacturing requirements and potential.
  • Cost Management: Analyze labor costs, workflow, staffing, and spatial arrangements to boost manufacturing efficiency and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and oversee metrics that accurately measure productivity and efficiency.
  • Resource Planning: Assess production capacity and resource allocation to meet fluctuating customer demands efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to reduce costs and lead times by identifying and implementing process and design improvements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with government laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development: Recommend and implement new policies or procedures to enhance product quality and service delivery.
  • Training and Compliance: Lead training sessions and assessments to promote best practices. Document processes and conduct audits to ensure ongoing compliance.




Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on manufacturing engineering.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD and a thorough understanding of tooling and fixtures.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
