We are seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at our Lewiston, ID location. In this role, you will play a vital role in our Cardiovascular Catheterization Laboratory, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures to help diagnose and treat heart and vascular conditions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Operate fluoroscopic equipment during cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures.
  • Assist physicians, nurses, and other staff in maintaining a sterile and patient-centered environment.
  • Prepare patients and equipment for procedures.
  • Monitor vital signs and assist with medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate medical records.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or hold a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac and/or general catheterization laboratory.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in digital and cine imaging and archiving.
  • Proficient in X-ray operation, patient monitoring, and sterile technique.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) with occasional evening and night shifts (8% and 11% respectively).
  • On-call rotation with a minimum of 8 shifts per month, including 1-2 weekends.
  • On-call pay of $4.00/hour with a minimum 2-hour call-back pay at time and a half.
  • Variable shift scheduling with call rotation.
