Responsibilities
  • Be able to maintain rental fleet
  • Keep all vehicles in working order
  • Make sure all rental vehicles are full on gas and have been cleaned 
  • Provide great customer service when providing a rental vehicle and agreement to customer 
  • Maintain an up to date inventory of current rentals in a secure location 
  • File insurance claims and follow them through to completion 
  • Be able to keep proper paperwork together and organize to ensure delivery of proper payments 

Qualifications

  • 2 years + experience required 
  • Organized and friendly personality
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others
  • Time management skills
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Consistent record of service and sales success
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual a plus
