  • Proficiency in analyzing and documenting complex business processes and system requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with a focus on process optimization
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training for enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of data governance, data integrity, and system security principles
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in order management and SCM
  • Proactive approach to staying updated on technological advancements and their potential impact on order management processes
  • Certifications in business analysis or project management is a plus
