What You'll Do:

• Build a strong client base by prospecting for new business through inbound and outbound calls, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's unique situation and recommend the most suitable auto insurance coverage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear explanations of policies, answering questions, and processing quotes and applications efficiently.
• Cross-sell relevant Allstate products and services to existing clients, maximizing their protection.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, building trust and rapport with each interaction.
• Achieve and exceed established sales goals.

What You Bring:

• A valid 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 property and casualty insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe).
• A minimum of one year of experience in auto insurance sales is preferred, but strong customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A genuine desire to help people and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using a computer and CRM software is a plus.
