Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
  • Assist in menu development and recipe testing.
  • Work with the head chef to ensure quality control of all dishes served.
  • Monitor food costs and adjust recipes as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year

Experience level:

Weekly day range:

 

  • Monday to Friday
