What you’ll be doing:
Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting for:
  • Microsoft related technologies: Windows Desktops and Servers, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Network Connectivity: routers, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless.
  • Hosted VoIP solutions
  • Disaster Recovery solutions
What you need to accomplish this:
  • A desire to help people.
  • A desire to learn.
  • Curiosity - Ask “Why?”, not just “How?”
  • Great communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft related technologies, computers, servers, and operating systems.
