Position: Inventory and Logistics Specialist
Location: Danville, IL

Job Description:

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting facilities management and ensuring optimal productivity for employees. Reporting to the Local Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned facilities and systems, addressing employees' facility-related needs, and implementing corporate safety programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Managing assigned facilities and systems. Reporting to Local Facility Manager.
  • Provide employees with their facility-related needs, ensuring their productivity is optimally maintained.
  • Educate and politely ask people about social distancing protocols, mask regulation, and sanitization rules.
  • Build rapport with different teams, internal and external customers, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring corporate safety programs.
  • Handle other Facility/Security-related items as they arise and pertain to the building.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the site remains compliant with all *** policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employees' work is compliant with all safety codes and follows project objectives, physical requirements, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Security Team to maintain proper social distancing among building users.
  • Coordinate with Front Line Managers (FLMs) to register employees for COVID tests.
  • Assist individuals in registering for and understanding COVID tests.
  • Report any positive COVID test results to the appropriate leaders promptly.
  • Work closely with the HR Team to support individuals who test positive.
  • Monitor COVID test results and prepare summaries for leadership.
  • Elaborate COVID tests Report including the number of tests and their results.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Customer care-oriented, fast thinker, hands-on, flexible, and good communicator.

Experience:

  • Proficient in report elaboration.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in Facilities.
