The ADON - will lead and oversee our nursing units. Your central goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care. You will perform a range of duties including; maintaining department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.

Wage: Competitive Salary

  • Monday - Friday
  • Call Rotation with On Call compensation

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse / RN license required
  • Long term nursing experience
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
