We are seeking a Compliance Department Coordinator to join our Compliance Team.
 
 The Compliance Department Coordinator is a key administrative and operational role that requires significant knowledge of veterinary licensing and attention to detail. This position works closely with Finance, Operations, Medical Operations, and Recruiting. The ideal candidate for this role will provide support in a variety of functions, specifically relating to the company’s legal compliance and licensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, complete, file and monitor regulatory and compliance documents, including licensing renewals relating to the company’s businesses for which licenses are required.
  • Coordinate, complete, and monitor government agency approvals, including renewal of approvals relating to the company’s businesses for which approvals are required.
  • Resolve compliance, licensing, and corporate jurisdictional business issues with directive from the Compliance Specialist.
  • Prepare, file, and monitor licensing documents and filings of new for license renewals.
  • Prepare license applications and gather required supporting documents and signatures.
  • Assist and prepare required filings to governmental regulatory authorities as they arise.
  • Act as liaison with Operations and Finance regarding licensing issues.
  • Maintain the filing system and appropriate documentation for the Compliance Department.
  • Special projects as assigned.
