Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Month-end, quarter-end & year-end closing
  • Monthly, quarterly balance sheet and P&L Fluctuation Analysis
  • Monthly expense variance analysis
  • Monthly COGS analysis – LC/MC/OC
  • Income Statement analysis including horizontal and vertical analysis
  • Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  • Government reporting including US census
  • Payroll accounting – understanding and posting journal entries
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/ US GAAP and compliance to internal policies
  • Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales operations, IT and legal.
  • Business Korean and English is required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Deadline oriented
  • Strong desire and willingness to learn
  • Bachelor's degree with preference in Business field (Accounting or Finance is a huge plus but not required).
  • Strong technical accounting background.
  • At least five years general ledger accounting experience is required
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • SAP module, FI, TR, AA, IM, SD, MM experience is a huge plus but not required.
  • Business Korean and English is required
  • Strong Excel experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player and have ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
  • Open to and willingness to do ad-hoc assignments
