Take Time Off

Bonus Opportunities

What are the Responsibilities?


  • Oversee all inventory receiving
  • Receive all incoming deliveries, verify-pack slips and deliveries, and complete Netsuite transactions
  • Perform quality checks on all incoming deliveries per policies and procedures
  • Check quality of products while receiving and cycle counts
  • Weekly Cycle Counts for inventory control
  • Storage and organization of inventory locations
  • Refilling pull locations for production
  • Inventory Location Audits/Physicals
  • Attach appropriate labels and tags to identify products and packages
  • Notify the supervisor of any mechanical, material, or product issues
  • Enter daily activity information into logs or computer platforms (cycle count logs)
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers to receive shipments
  • Coordinate with Custom/Production for custom deliveries
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Responsibilities are not limited to what is listed above


Do You Fit the Bill?

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of related experience required
  • Previous experience in receiving, logistics, or other related fields
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and all safety regulations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using various inventory software
  • Ability to be comfortable in an environment with loud noise and with moving mechanical parts
  • Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, pallet wrap
  • Follow verbal instructions by a supervisor
  • Working well with others in a team-oriented environment
  • Being able to read, write, speak, and understand directions in English
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
