Rist-Frost-Shumway Engineering, P.C. (RFS), is a 95+ person professional consulting engineering firm with offices in Laconia, NH, Boston, MA, and Portland, ME. We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our talented and team-focused staff in our Laconia office.

The Contract Coordinator will be responsible for tracking all incoming and outgoing project contracts and documents. This will require managing a contracts mailbox and following up with project accountants, project executives, clients and subcontractors from contract receipt through contract execution. Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Experience working with contracts or in a legal environment is preferred.
