New Life Staffing is seeking an experienced Steel Welder to join our client's team in the Aston area. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding steel components according to specifications, ensuring the highest quality workmanship and safety standards are met.


Job Duty:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Use welding techniques to join, fabricate, and repair metal structures and components
  • Operate welding equipment and tools safely and effectively
  • Monitor and maintain welding equipment and tools
  • Ensure that all welding work meets the specified quality and safety standards
Requirements:
  • 3 years welding on thin gauge steel
  • Ability to pass a certification test within 2 weeks of starting
  • Ability to understand and read blueprints
