Job Description:
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join Revv Staffing and become a part of our growing team of healthcare professionals. We are seeking CNAs to provide top-notch care to residents in various nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
- Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare staff to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in PA
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
