Shift Differentials:

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Approved by division for distances over 100 miles (typically $2,500 to

Position Details:
Unit Beds: 45-bed pulmonary unit
Commuting Requirement: Candidates must live within commutable distance to the facility (less
than 60 minutes away)Responsibilities:
  • Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
  • Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
  • Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues
  • Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety
  • Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
  • Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay
Requirements:
  • 1 year of acute care RN experience
  • Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure (active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire if holding a compact license)
  • Current BLS certification (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
