Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTitle: Purchase Scheduler Clerk Pay Rate: $22.00Location: Carol Stream, ILHours: Full-time, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Temp to Hire Introduction Statement:Play a critical role in supporting production and maintaining high company standards with a well-known packaging company in Carol Stream, IL
Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and distributing customer requests to CSR’s workflow system
• Contacting inactive accounts, following up on quotes, and opening sales orders
• Process, review, and quote orders. Handle returns and replacement orders. Create part numbers.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, data entry, answering calls, and sorting incoming mail, to support day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications or Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good phone and computer skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and analyze numerical data. Able to multi-task.
• Experience with DocLink software system and a minimum of 2 years CS center experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
