Property Management Company seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for residential apartments and condominiums. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. We have both part and full positions available.

Responsibilities:


  • Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Maintain appearance of properties
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Painting, drywall repair, carpentry, cleaning, and grounds work
  • Be able to move appliances and shovel snow
  • Assist in making ready of apartments
  • Must be available to work in an "On-Call Rotation" and be available for after hours emergency maintenance calls every 3 weeks
Qualifications:


  • Must maintain a professional and courteous manner
  • Must own your own hand tools
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Five years of experience in maintenance or trade fields is preferred
