Fleet Graphics Technician

Are you skilled in vinyl graphics and fleet detailing? Russell Tree Experts is looking for a dedicated Fleet Graphics Technician to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of our Fleet Management and Marketing teams, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our fleet's branding and professional image. This includes everything from applying new vinyl graphics to detailed cleaning of both the interior and exterior of all our vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vinyl Graphics Installation: Apply vinyl graphics to new and existing fleet vehicles and machinery. Utilize cutting-edge software and equipment to produce and apply vinyl graphics, ensuring our branding stays fresh and consistent.
• Detailing: Take charge of cleaning, waxing, and buffing our fleet vehicles, alongside thorough interior cleaning to ensure a spotless presentation.
• Window Tinting & Paint Protection: Source and apply materials for window tinting and paint protection, adhering to all state and federal regulations.
• Coordination & Communication: Work closely with the fleet management and marketing teams to ensure a seamless visual standard across all fleet vehicles.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Keen attention to detail with a penchant for perfection.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and organizational standards.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in automotive vinyl application and detailing preferred.
• Valid Driver's License
• Class A CDL is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work under diverse weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights and near potentially hazardous machinery.
