THIS JOB IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

Requirements:


REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES (not limited to):

Pay: $25 - $35 per hour


Leadership Skills: As a Lead Installer, you will take charge and guide a team in installing new HVAC systems in our New Construction division, ensuring efficient and accurate project completion.


HVAC & Construction Expertise: Your knowledge of construction-related tasks and HVAC installation is crucial to excel in this role.


5 Years Experience: To qualify for this position, applicants should have at least five years of relevant experience in HVAC installation.

  • Ability to install various makes and models of commercial and residential air conditioning systems.
  • Skilled soldering of copper lines is required.
  • Blueprint interpretation skills are required.
  • Provide your tools.
  • Capable of lifting heavy equipment, squatting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, and working in the outside Southwest Florida climate conditions.
  • Able to use our in-house electronic system to document and communicate all work-related activities.
  • Adherence to all work safety policies and procedures.
  • A valid driver's license is required for this position.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The safety of our team is of utmost importance. This position requires a Driver's License Check, Background Check, and Drug Test.
