Part-Time Groundskeeper

We are seeking a part-time groundskeeper for our 204-unit apartment community ideally located with easy access to Loop 1604, Loop 410, and several of the best destinations San Antonio has to offer Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Walking the property grounds and common areas
- Picking up trash and debris
- Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
