Job Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for operating and maintaining stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and following established manufacturing procedures. They will use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units and test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. Additionally, they may be responsible for repairing or refitting parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels, keeping daily assembly production records, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position typically requires a high school diploma and the Assembler typically reports to a supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Fold and pack filters according to work instructions and inventory requirements.
- Precisely cap pre-cut filters to meet size requirements and customer demand.
- Swiftly move materials between workstations using pallet jacks or carts.
- Skillfully operate light machinery for cutting, assembling, or packing.
- Execute any other assigned duties promptly and effectively.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, occasionally stressful environments.
- Precise adherence to written and verbal directives.
- Flexibility to adjust to production requirements.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a workstation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
