Position: Mountain Springs Host/Cashier

Department: Food & Beverage

Wage: 16.00/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY:  Provide excellent guest service to buffet dining patrons to include greeting, seating, processing payment transactions, and providing assistance to servers in venue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

·         Greet, seat guests, answer telephones, provide information when requested.

·         Assist with delivery of table ware, menus, beverages, as needed.

·         Process To-Go orders accurately and timely.

·         Process payment transactions accurately.

·         Perform server, cashier, busser duties, as needed.

·         Perform other tasks, as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.     Education:  High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

2.     Work Experience:

·         Minimum 3 months’ experience as food server, preferred.

3.     Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·         Able to communicate effectively (fluency in English is required), multi-task, organize, and deliver exceptional service to Guests.

4.     Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

·         Have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.

5.     Be at least 18 years of age.

6.     Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7.     Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
