Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and courteous Bell Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our guests by providing exceptional service and support.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year-Round

Start Date: June 10th

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour + tips

Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify guest needs and provide information on policies, services, and amenities.
  • Collect, tag, and deliver guest luggage and equipment efficiently.
  • Escort guests to rooms and inform them of room amenities.
  • Ensure safe storage of personal items.
  • Transport departing guests' luggage to the lobby and assist with loading.
  • Respond to guest requests and queries with helpful information.
  • Assist with answering the telephone and handling inquiries.
  • Use the PMS system to look up guest information.
  • Assist with delivering and removing owner bins from residential units.
  • Accurately mark and deliver ski equipment.
  • Lock and unlock bikes each morning and night.
  • Drive safely to protect company assets.
  • Maintain radios and earpieces.
  • Ensure cleanliness of porte-cochere and remove snow/ice.
  • Observe safety precautions to protect hotel and guest property.
  • Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and participating actively.
  • Demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior with guests and staff.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor focused on guest satisfaction.
