Requirements
  • Proven 2-5 years of recent, full-time experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with customers, managers and co-workers.
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work with crane operators to help properly stage and position equipment.
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Proven proficiency with AC, mini-split, and heat pump installation skills is a must.
  • Knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety
  •  Required to train install Apprentices through the HVAC installation process
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records.
