Join our team at River City in our Roofing Division We offer a competitive salary-based pay structure with additional incentives based on net profit splits for qualified jobs. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a daily presence in the office to coordinate sales activities and collaborate with the team.
  • Actively participate in lead generation and networking activities to build relationships with prospective clients
  • Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with managers for coaching and feedback.
  • Turn in a minimum of one repair/replacement project per week, including all required documentation.
  • Attend all work-related trainings provided by River City to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualified Candidates:

  • Conduct thorough inspections, provide photo reports, and prepare accurate estimates.
  • Obtain signed contracts from property owners.
  • Ensure approval for scope and cost of work, including insurance claims.
  • Collect necessary payments (front-end checks or ACV insurance checks).
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation.
  • Oversee job completion and collect final payments.
  • Maintain complete job files, including photos and completion forms.
  • Ability to commute to office or relocation to area is a requirement.
