Position: Dormitory Supervisor

Location: 7175 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206
Reports to: Social Development Director
Employment Type: Salaried, Exempt

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and counsel students in assigned dormitory, ensuring their safety, well-being, and adherence to center guidelines
• Serve as the Career Success Team (CST) leader for the dormitory, providing leadership and guidance to resident advisors
• Maintain order and discipline in the dormitory while promoting self-discipline and awareness of others
• Schedule and supervise clean-up and repair assignments to ensure a safe and healthy living environment
• Assist students in handling special problems and conduct dormitory meetings to address concerns and plan activities
• Facilitate prompt assistance to students in case of injury, illness, or emotional trauma, following center protocols
• Cultivate a positive climate free of harassment and intimidation, promoting a safe and respectful environment for all

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associate of Arts degree preferred, or two (2) years of work-related experience
