Job Summary:

This is a great opportunity to join our IT department based at our Evans, GA location. Managing prompt and accurate IT Infrastructure Operations and delivery of services, ensuring a high level of business satisfaction, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and applying company standards. Your role will be to manage the daily IT Operations across the teams for Club Car line manufacturing operations and the front-line of our services used by the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Lead, organize and motivate a local team of support technicians along with offshore infrastructure teams. To include networking, server, database, telephony, backup and restore, AD/0365, cloud (ASW, Azure, OCI, Google) teams.

· Responsible for management of enterprise network (WAN/LAN), infrastructure and operations team consisting of internal administrators and managed services providers.

· Preferred Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise certification. CCNA minimum.

· Wide Area Network (WAN) management – Support and configuration of network equipment (routers, firewalls, etc.) that connect all Club Car sites.

· High level of knowledge regarding network security, firewalls, routers and protection of internet access points. Firewall configuration and security compliance with the team.

· Local Area Network (LAN) management – Support and configuration of network equipment (switches, routers, etc.) for each Club Car site. Expertise in network wiring/cabling, routers, switches and wireless requirements.

· Wireless LAN management – Support and configuration of Club Car-wide wireless network infrastructure, Cisco and Meraki wireless controller-based management.

· Manage the development and maintenance of the network infrastructure to ensure optimization, stability and security of IT network environment supporting the business service level requirements in support of office/manufacturing plants.

· Network performance monitoring – Support of network optimization and performance analysis. SolarWinds experience is a plus.

· Network security monitoring – Support of proactive detection of network intrusions or compromise. Understand network security threats and solutions and monitor for possible breaches. Experience with Intrusion Detection/Prevention systems and vulnerability scanning.

· Manage Single Sign On (SSO) and MFA with the team.

· Collaborate with IT Service and Support Manager and offshore leaders.

· Create support standard operating procedures for each area of responsibility.

· Security framework – Understand current IT security frameworks, IT controls and implementing mitigating controls. CIS CSC v8, NIST CSF, SOX ITGCs.

· VPN management – Support and configuration of external access to the Club Car network, systems, and applications. IPSec tunnels, remote VPN client-based connections, SSL VPN connections.

· E-mail gateway management – Support and configuration of e-mail gateways, spam filters, and general traffic management.

· Microsoft administration – Support and configuration of Microsoft Active Directory and server environments.

· Hardware administration – Support and configuration of Dell and HP platforms, blade enclosures, blade servers, storage devices, tape libraries, etc. Working knowledge of enterprise networks/systems including virtual servers and SAN devices, VMware, EMC VxRail, vSphere.

· Mobile device management – Support and configuration of policies and technologies to control mobile device security.

· Manage asset inventory program.

· Work with multiple vendors for service and support

· Service Desk Support – General support of ITSM platform requests related to network and systems issues. Develop Service Now reports on team performance, trouble ticket queues, SLA, and issues that need escalation.

· Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced IT environment.

· Manage team’s queues of tickets to ensure they are accurately and effectively resolving plus closing assigned trouble tickets in accordance with SLA requirements.

· Need to demonstrate a capability to adapt to a complex multicultural environment

· The ability to work in cross regional team of other IT service Teams and Technicians

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.

· IT Manager or Supervisory 4 Years’ Experience

· Network Engineer, 8 to 10 years of experience as a network administrator or engineer, or role progressing to this level; knowledge with routing, switching, SD-WAN and cloud computing.

· ServiceNow Experience and SLA Reporting
