This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of projects and collaborate with experienced art directors and creative directors.
Role Overview: As a Freelance Copywriter, you will work closely with our creative team to craft compelling copy across multiple media, ensuring that each piece meets our high editorial standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Copywriting: Develop and write engaging copy for various formats including digital, print, video/audio, content, and email/direct mail for different client categories.
• Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread all deliverables to ensure adherence to high editorial standards and brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Work with art directors, client performance teams, and marketing professionals to brainstorm and create effective concepts and copy for client initiatives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications reflect brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Conceptual Thinking: Utilize strong conceptual skills to contribute to campaign development and execution across multiple media channels.
• Quality Assurance: Commit to delivering the highest quality finished product for each project.
What We Want to See in Your Portfolio
• Executions of individual campaign concept across multiple mediums and channels (we want to see that you know how to treat each medium)
• A mix of media, from digital to print to video
• Emphasis on digital media including display ads, native, social, email and content
• An understanding of the interplay of visual and verbal elements
• Great headlines
• Great looking stuff—let us know you know what good design is all about
• Some longer form copy would be good to show (but not too much please)
