Senior Design Consultant/Sales Representative

Senior Sales Design Consultant Perks and Compensation:

  • Base salary ($40,000) + Commission.
    • Total Compensation potential $85,000 per year
  • Paid Training
  • Paid Time Off (accrued over first 12 months).
  • Company vehicle available to employee
  • Paid Holidays
  • Start date approx. April 29th
  • PAID Required travel for Academy Training May 5th through May 10th
     

Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Design Consultant:

  • Schedule and perform in-home consultations, customer instruction on various window covering options and functionality, to provide estimates.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals. 
  • Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
  • Drive leads. Answer new and existing customers' phone calls while following sales processes. 
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating, and communicating client data, project status, and job details in the CRM.
  • Utilizes customer information, materials, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
  • Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. 
  • Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met in a timely manner.
  • Maintain communication between all departments and customers, on current work orders. 
  • Manage and maintain daily sales reporting.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and trainings.
  • Arrive on time to work and any/all appointments and meetings.
Senior Sales Design Consultant Required Qualifications: 
  • High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking.
  • Strong team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Ability to problem solve, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and efficient with note and record keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and sales in the home services industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to: MS Outlook, word, excel and CRM programs.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Sales Design Consultant: 
  • Bilingual – Spanish
  • Previous Window Covering Sales/Service Experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Interior Design
  • Product Knowledge of Graber, Alta or Universal Screens a plus.
