Lawn Maintenance Forman

As a lawn maintenance Forman, your main role is to run the lawn maintenance crew on weekly routes. We strive to provide the best outdoor solutions. This includes leaving no shortcuts to quality service.

$25 - $30 hourly

• Attention to detail, making sure the property is always looking its best.
• Drive a truck & 20' Trailer. 
• Connect a trailer up correctly. 
• Complete scheduled clients with the highest quality. 
• Time management.
• Manage a crew of 1-3 team members. 
• Complete basic mechanical maintenance to Equipment. 
• Provide customer service to clients and neighbors. 
• Operate zero-turn mowers while striping lawns and not Damaging property.
• Pass Herbicide certification. 
• Snow plowing experience is an added bonus.

• Have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
• Positive customer service skills.
• Have or be willing to get a DOT medical card.
• Pass Pesticide applicators test to be able to assist with applications.  
• At least 3-5 years of experience is required for this role.
