Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals, family situations, and risk tolerance. Provide expert guidance on suitable life insurance products.
Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address clients' specific needs and concerns.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Be a trusted advisor, ensuring clients feel confident in their life insurance choices.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and underwriting guidelines. Continuously enhance your knowledge to provide the best possible advice to clients.
Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
Qualifications:
Insurance Licensing: Possess a valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one at your own cost. (We offer an online course)
Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Customer-Centric: A genuine desire to help clients and provide them with the best possible life insurance solutions.
Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and support team goals. Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
