BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking a Drywall Taper to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota.  Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN.  BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Wage:
  • Starting at $22 hourly depending on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Installation, finishing, and sanding of drywall to prepare for painting
  • Tape drywall seams
  • Mix and apply mud to taped drywall seams
  • Clean and maintain equipment
  • Light Carpentry work
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in using hand tools, such as saws, sanders, drills and hammer
  • Ability to show initiative around the project and corporate goals such as:

    • Sharing of project success

  • Competently utilize various tools and equipment to ensure project quality, performance, and cleanliness
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • A strong moral compass (as best represented by our Core Values)
Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous experience within drywall
