Children's Fitness Instructor/Weekend Leader

What we expect from you...


  • Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how)
  • Lead a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
  • Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
  • Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

For over 45 years, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Parent/Child, Pre-K, Grade School, Dance and Sports Skills classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.
