Are you a recent graduate with a passion for building relationships and a drive to succeed?

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Sales & Marketing Associates. In this exciting role, you'll gain valuable experience in both sales and marketing, with a focus on selling staffing services to top companies.

We offer comprehensive training, so no prior experience in staffing is required.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
  • Identify, qualify and generate leads through market research and prospecting.
  • Learn proven sales methodologies to present and close deals.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to promote our staffing solutions.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. (Great for building connections)
  • Assist with creating and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Manage and analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain content for social media platforms to promote the company and its staffing solutions. (Great for recent marketing grads)
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field. (Sales or Marketing preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to learn
  • A positive and results-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry
  • Social media savvy
