Job Title: Bilingual Immigration Attorney (Senior Level)
Location: El Paso, Texas
Salary: $90,000 base salary with 10% of each contract attained, annually

Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in immigration law, specifically in family law immigration and removal defense
- Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team-oriented work environment
- Must be a native of El Paso, Texas or have strong ties to the community
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with paralegals on every case, providing clear instructions and evaluating their work
- Conduct first-time consultations with clients to assess the feasibility of their cases
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the legal process
- Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including court appearances and administrative hearings
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives related to immigration law
