Cragun's Legacy Courses is looking for attentive and enthusiastic staff members to carry us through our fall golf season This is a full-time (seasonal) golf operations position with an expected 35-45 hours per week. The emphasis will be outside for 3 to 4 shifts with an additional hours/shift inside the golf shop. It is seasonal August 1st – October 20th with the potential to return in March 2025.


Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide direct support to all facets of the golf operation, with the primary responsibility as a shift lead for our outside operations staff. Additional training as a starter/ranger with our Player Assistant staff, as well as Pro Shop specific; tee time booking, sales, merchandising, and inventory control.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· Willingness to lead/mentor a younger outside service staff as a shift lead

· Provide a consistent and enthusiastic Customer Service experience for our members/guests/public

· Must have strong organizational & time management skills

· Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment

· Resolve all guest issues and respond in a proper manner

· Answering phone calls, booking tee times, sales and all other related golf shop needs

· Use of iPad and two-way radio for communication with all golf operations personnel


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Golf Industry preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interest/desire in growing into the golf field
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft programs, Fore UP, Golf Genius, USGA handicap software a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
