Operations Analyst

Hourly pay based on level of experience

Operations Analyst: $18.00 – $20.00

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• One year related office and/or customer service support experience
• Working experience with desktop computer applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Intermediate data entry speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of financial information and related math
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for performing daily data entry
• Perform customer record review, maintenance and review of imaged documentation
• Conducts assigned research for customers and internal bank personnel
• Identifies data entry errors by reviewing various reports
• Makes recommendations as directed by supervisor to ensure integrity of all customer records
