Registered Respiratory Therapist

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in our rural hospital setting, you will have the opportunity to focus on providing high-quality care to patients. With lower inpatient volumes and a diverse caseload that includes both inpatients and outpatients.

Working closely with our nursing staff and providers, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Whether you are assisting in emergency traumas or participating in neonatal resuscitation, your contributions will be valued and appreciated.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Vernon Memorial Healthcare, Will perform diagnostic and function tests, create treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress. You will also have the opportunity to educate patients on administering treatments and utilizing equipment, empowering them to take an active role in their own healthcare.

This Registered Respiratory Therapist position requires a valid license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Wisconsin and a current CPR certification. Epic experience a plus.

Hours for this Registered Respiratory Therapist position are 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 4 shifts per bi-weekly pay period, with a weekend and holiday rotation. No on-call required

Night and weekend differentials, as well as holiday pay, are provided as part of our commitment to recognizing your hard work and dedication.
