We are looking for a goal-driven and engaging Kingdom-minded Admissions Advisor who will connect with prospective students and support them in pursuing their personal goals through our program. This position reports to the Admissions Director who reports to the Admissions Overseer for Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. BSSM is designed to be a ministry training center where our students embrace their royal identity, learn the values of the Kingdom and walk in the authority and power of the King. It is a transformational experience and your life will be forever impacted Our mission is to equip and deploy revivalists who passionately pursue world-wide transformation in their God given spheres of influence.
This position will be held in Redding.
Salary : $16.50/hr
Requirements
- Must have previously completed BSSM First year as a minimum.
- Understands and advocates Bethel Church culture and core values.
- Displayed track record of advanced performance and ability to meet objectives.
- Ability to work in a goal-driven and measured performance environment.
- Experience representing high-value products and services to a diverse customer base.
- High service-orientation and strong desire to work in a mission-driven culture and work in the best interests of the students.
- Advanced understanding of relationship building, understanding motivations and personal and professional aspirations.
- Experience pastoring, coaching or mentoring
- Experience creating and maintaining strong relationships with students, customers and staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong investigative and listening skills to solve problems and provide solutions
- Driven, self-motivated, self-starter
- Desire to work in a progressive, high energy and achievement-oriented environment.
- Demonstrable time management experience and ability to multitask and manage a variety of daily activities including outbound calling and applicant follow up.
- This role has minimal lifting requirements, may require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Requires no business travel
- May occasionally require travel to off-site meetings as requested and based on business needs.
