Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: HR CoordinatorWork Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMPay: $20-$25/hr DOELocation: McGregor, TXJob Overview:The HR Coordinator works closely with HR Manager to support the following activities:
- Keeping process paperwork and employment records.
- Conducting and helping with new employee orientation.
- Assisting with labor and/or workplace compliance audits.
- Assists with local event planning and employee engagement initiatives, as assigned.
- Asist HR Manager in data collection and entry into HR Info systems.
- Supports KPI tracking and reporting relating to retention, OT tracking, turnover, and budgeting.
- Able to work independently and works with local management to support office operations, meeting/travel coordination, or maintain key stock items.
- 1+ years in one or more of these fields: HR/Accounting/Sales/or other customer-centric field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of Products (Outlook, TEAMS, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Experience with ADP/Oracle/or timekeeping systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in creating and/or delivering training content is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management abilities, and can work independently.
- Capable of multi-tasking and can prioritize assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Exercises sensitivity with confidential or sensitive information.
- Exercises good judgement and maintains positive employee relations with employees.
- Willing to work OT, if available.
