The Position: We are looking for a 1st and 2nd Shift Offset Printing Operator at our Arnold, MO facility.

Initial pay is based on experience, but we strive to make employee development a priority and offer step and pay progressions.

Requirements

  • Proven previous offset printing press experience
  • Technical knowledge of offset printing procedures, operations, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
