Resin Operator

Position Mission

• · This position will operate the Resin plant, inspect products to meet the target output, and ensure high quality of products. Effectively communicates abnormal product conditions to supervisor for problem solving.

Position Main Responsibilities

The position will:

• Load trays of heated parts into machine
• Maintain accurate paperwork to track production, traceability, material usage, and downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality of products through the process.
• Replace material barrels as needed using pallet jack.
• Ensure that processes are followed during production.
• Perform daily TPMs and MPIs
• Assist in changeover of line components when called for.
• Quickly report when problems occur to line tech/supervisor.
• Retains information well.
• Familiar with basic hand tools and vacuum clamps.

Education

required

GED or High School Diploma

Experiences Preferred

• 1 year in manufacturing or experience in using epoxy resin in a manufacturing environment.
