Sales & Marketing Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support execution of sales growth strategies including new product launches, merchandising updates, and promotional vehicles
- Represent Lavelle Industries both virtually & in-person at customer training events, industry tradeshows, and customer meetings.
- Support day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, including monitoring performance and tracking key metrics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as sales, product management, engineering, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to products.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding orders & inventory.
- Develop Genius level toilet repair product knowledge to influence others.
- Support the sales team by developing presentation and sales materials.
- Conduct market research in the field to learn about customer needs & present findings internally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree ideally with focus in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Business or Supply Chain
- Sales, Marketing, or retail experience / relevant internships are a plus.
- Effective listening and professional communication skills including written, electronic, and verbal.
- Results driven, passionate, analytical, and energetic individual.
- Available & excited for national travel during peak seasons up to 30-50%. All travel expenses are covered by company.
