Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and can earn at least an additional $26,000 in commission during their first year.

Responsibilities
- Follow up leads and actively solicits new customers as a primary part of daily activities.
- Bundles Auto/Home/Renters/PUP/Boats/ ETC at point of sale
- Develops customer relationship through sales process
- Consistently presents product coverages appropriate to customer needs. Educates customers on key coverages by product.
Requirements
This position requires a P&C license. If you do not currently have one, we will assist you in obtaining one.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
We are looking for Bilingual Candidates (Spanish/English), but will consider all qualified applicants.
If an offer is made and accepted, applicant will be required to attend training with Allstate and successfully complete all educational course necessary to perform the duties of a Licensed Sales Producer.
