Hull Property Group, a privately owned retail real estate company, is currently seeking a creative graphic designer to join our marketing team in Augusta, Georgia. The graphic designer will be based in the Augusta office and assist the Creative Director in all aspects of marketing the company’s retail properties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, update and maintain graphics and content for multiple mall websites and social media platforms.

Design promotional materials for mall tenants to include Facebook posts, website banners, electronic billboard signage and email blasts.

Utilize Constant Contact to create and schedule newsletter content for mall patrons and tenants.

Design seasonal banners and posters for mall common areas.

Produce large format graphics to cover wall spaces across the company’s portfolio to create a unique and positive shopping experience.

Create collateral materials for holidays and the company’s growing number of marketing initiatives.

Work across departments to assist with any design needs and contribute to creative brainstorms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of professional experience in interactive and print media, or BFA with a concentration in graphic design.

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and MS Office.

Social media marketing experience with a keen eye for image selection and copywriting.

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory and typography.

Strong communicator. Ability to present ideas both verbally and visually to company principles.

Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing demands.

Possess a can-do attitude bringing positive energy and an interest to learn and grow with the company.

Travel may be required.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Augusta, GA 30909: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)

Adobe Creative Suite: 3 years (Preferred)

Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Preferred)
