Job Details:

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time, 24-29 hours per week

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Benefits: 401k, Sick time, and Free Bagels

As a Social Media Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, Google, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to create campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies.
  • Assist in on-site photo shoots and projects at different retail locations.
  • Designing and implementing social media strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to different retail locations.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum two to three years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment as well as individually.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Experience with video editing and photo editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
